How to organize your group photo session?
I propose group photo sessions with all your guests. Plan half an hour in your schedule for this session if you want to get some family photos that will stay.
A little tip that I advise you.
Plan a list containing the names of each person to be on each photo.
You can prepare color groups and distribute color for each person. When you call color, the people concerned will know that they must come to make the photo. This will save you a lot of time.
How will this unfold?
I suggest you start with a big group photo who integrates everybody, then we can make photos of your respective families, friends and so on.
However, I advise you to not take too many photos of groups and do not forget that I am also present at the reception where I can make some shots when you drink with them.
Do not plan too many pictures
if not, you will passe a lot of time and probably lost a little that you could choose to use to take a drink with your guest. 5 group pictures is a lot to organize, it’s a good number but it depends on what you expect of this photo moment.
Favor to Plan big group than a lot of small ones, of course, you can plan small groups of each part of your family and friends, etc but have in mind that more you have groups more it will take time.
Propose at your bridesmaid or groomsmen to help me to prepare the groups.
They know better than me the family and I will be concentrated to take the pictures, not to plan the next group, of course, I can plan to do it but it’s so much more efficient when people of the mainly are doing it spelling the good names of the people at the good moment, it’s time win.
Make a list of all the persons who must be in the pictures.
You will be so much solicited at this moment and you can’t think about everybody, so just plan it and ask somebody of your guest to manage this list. don’t forget to send me a copy of this list. With experience, I realized that so many couples prepared this list but forgot at home.
When to plan your group photo session?
I suggest planning it at the end of the ceremony when the ambiance is fun and full of emotion. Also think to not open the cocktail before the photo session because it will be more difficult to group the people.

The family photo session is also a good moment to create a fun Gif. Today we can think about wedding pictures a little differently than before. It’s very easy to do. we just have to have fun and let’s do It!
